A Nova wallet card adds money to your Nova account, and works the same on every Nova console and in the Nova app. It takes under a minute, as long as the card is from the region your account was made in.
On a console
- Open Nova Store from the home screen.
- Choose your profile picture, then Wallet.
- Select Redeem a code and type the 16 characters from your order.
In the Nova app
Tap Store, then the wallet in the top corner, then Redeem. You can paste the code straight from your order page.
It says the code is for another region?
Don’t try again: message us with the order number. If you haven’t redeemed it, we swap it for the right region the same day.
